Our office requires 24 hours notice. Cancelations will be accepted by phone (voicemail on weekends or evening hours), E-Mail or social media messages. No-shows or less than 24-hour notice of cancellation will be charged a $50 fee, late arrival (10 mins or more) may be rescheduled and will also be charged a fee of $50. To reschedule, the late fee will be paid in full prior to rebooking any new appointment.
